This is with the old setup (Intel Mobo, Intel Processor, ATi 256MB X1900GT video card)
*Excuse the cable management since I suck at it!!! * (I'm ashamed of it - it looks worse now than there)
PParks: Did you keep the same PSU? 620w??
Who knew I would grow to love looking at the inside of computers and by the length, comments and pictures in this thread...I'm not alone in this. Fancy or plain, clean or messy, expensive or value they all have the uniqueness of their owners vision, wishes and dreams. There is no best as the mark is being moved by technologies every second so we all chase and save and plan or live with what works for us with changes now and then or in huge sweeping changes. To my eye's I enjoy every post and I want to commend all of us for finding one of the cornerstones of this hobby !
People say the eyes are the windows to the soul, not sure how true that is.... But a side window on a computer case definitely shows it's true character.
Besides, I'm just another person who looks at threads like this as a good reason to give my PC a look of it's own. :) As for new technology, I haven't even moved out of the dual-core or DDR2 era yet.. It doesn't really bother me though, it's my baby and she does what I need while looking good. Although, I should hopefully be making the jump to quad-core and DDR3 in about 2 months' time....
Look forward to seeing that, remember to post some pics. And i personally love working on my chassis, even if its just like adding a new fan or cleaning all the parts, it just relaxes mePeople say the eyes are the windows to the soul, not sure how true that is....
