    Very very nice Dwayne.

How did you paint it? My paint job didn't turn out as well as I would have hoped, but it looks alright.

First I stripped down the entire case. Removing the DVD burner "quick connects" was a little tough, but I figured out a nice trick. Then I drilled out all the rivots. Taped up the pieces and steel wool all the surfaces to be painted. Then I hung them in the back yard. Each piece got a least three coats. Flat black and "Krylon Patriot Blue" for plastic. Should have used clear coat after that to help protect the surfaces, but I didn't. The next day, popped rivot back together with black rivots. Even painted the DVD burner and card reader.

Wanted to show off my new build. It's my first paint job. Hope you like.

Just want to say that is one mean clean looking system there. Love the color scheme, and definitely love cable management. Nothing like a good clean cable job.

    Great job
Cables were alot of fun. First time I've used sleaving. (Stuff is difficult to work with) The small blue wires are for the temperture sensors. You can see one going to the heat pipe on the GPU and another to the heat pipe on the left side of the motherboard for the chipset temp. I showed what the back looks like. The HAF932 has alot of cut-outs for cable mgmt. so I tried to hide every wire.
Also showed what I did with the wire that comes off of the TOP of the Zalman Extreme cooler. (What were you thinking Zalman)

Damned good idea. Wish I had thought of that.

I used (cheap?) spray paint on mine, and I didn't drill out the rivets. Maybe next time then, haha.

My only complaint with my paint job (aside from being a little patchy) is that it is rather rough, which makes dust just STICK to it. Can be a little frustrating.

Primer is excellent base coat then cover the primer with 2-3 light coats of gloss or semi gloss paint or clear coat. The issue here is with that much paint screw holes and threads will be closed down but normally a little extra force get the fastener in.
This paint job came out wicked and I even dig the flat black but it will mare easily.

I put some spare stand-offs in the screw holes I didn't want to close up. Your right about the flat black showing marks. that's why i said I should ave clear coated it. I think you can get a flat clear coat. Oh well, Live & learn. Next time. Still not bad for my first try. Oh ya, the system runs as good as it looks. I just got two of the new Western Digital RE4 500gb hard drives for a RAID 0 setup. They are the best (trust me, I tried them all). Super fast and quite. Just pricey.

Now you just need an SSD to boot from
These are some good ones: Newegg.com - Computer Hardware,Hard Drives,SSD,G.SKILL
I grabbed this one, and my reboot time has dropped to under a minute:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Phoenix Series FM-25S2S-60GBP1 2.5" 60GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
