Got my new case and PSU today. I just upgrade to the Coolermaster CM690II Advanced Nvidia Edition. I had the original CM690 Nvidia Edition, but the CM690II is a lot more cable management friendly. Also bought a modular Corsair 850w PSU, which is so much easier to use than a normal PSU with all the unused cables.

Only took a couple today, as I'm planning on upgrade CPU and mobo at the end of the month, so I'll be taking it apart again, so I'll take more photos then. I'll work better on the cable management too as I could pull some of the cables through to the back a bit tighter, just need to get all the cables organised behind the mobo tray.

    Nice.

Question? Does that 120mm fan on the HD cage add any noise? I'm thinking about adding one like that in the same place in my HAF X case.

I doubt it. It's just a standard Coolermaster fan, and I've used Coolermaster for a while and they are quiet, so it won't add much to the noise.

I've cleaned it up alot since the last time I have posted. Added more hard drives, a SSD, upgraded the graphics card, new power supply, etc. Here are the photos of inside of it.

And here is a shot of the desk

Looks real good. Love your wire job coming from the monitors to the PC. Nice.

Might I add that with the room between the top of the CPU cooler and top of the case you might consider adding a top fan there to help suck the air out of the top of the case.

    Just a suggestion.

I'm going to do it eventually, but for right now its alright. And thank you! I can't stand the look of wires.

    Cool.

I like the idea of tacking a power strip to the back of the desk for cleaner cable management. Really good idea. Great job.

    Peace

My guess would be double faced foam tape. As one with a glass desk as well the clean wiring is much appreciated.
