I would not obsess on the cpu score... not even 5GHz i7's do 7.9.

It's in our blood, we can't help but wan't more or better stuff...even at the cost of things that actually need fixing,like a car...

Interesting, I didn't know that, what about those sandy bridge cpu's? And yeah since I don't know @#$% about overclocking a cpu, I will stick with the 7.5 base scores.

At 4.7GHz my 2500k only put up 7.7. Jeepman tried at 5.somethingGHz and only got a 7.8.

Very difficult to get a 7.9 for the CPU, need 6-8 cores and liquid N2 cooling to OC that high, it has been done.

This is probably the best marketing strategy ever thought up, the CPU manufacturers are really benefiting from this thing called WEI.

The fastest CPU with the best water cooling can't get past 7.8.

Yeah,like everyone said I know the wei scores are just a marketing scheme, but it seems that many people fall for it,and YES I am one of them . But I am glad I posted the scores, I honestly didn't know the cpu's couldn't score that high without cooling and so on. Glad I know now. Thanx all.

Ok,this is the last time...hehe. But got .1 higher on cpu without high oc.
