I think you can just see the foam tape between the to surfaces. That stuff is crazy strong and would be more than enough.

Well I've gone and done it, ordered a 128 gb Crucial 4m to replace the C300 Real 64 gb and then soon to top my Phenom OC'd processor off with the new Corsair H100 sans software/hardware upgrade which will be phase two if at all. Then if the system will support p/p fans I will run them as well, either way lots of pic's to follow when it arrives after current 2-3 week back order. The C300 will go into my laptop which should make it very happy then sandwich the WD 320gb 2.5 into the new enclosure and then I'll have 64gb C drive and 320 + 250 gb's externals via usb 2.0.

Now that is smart mate, that is what i want to do, do they just stick on or how do they get installed m8?
They stick on with double sided tape, then I took an old power supply and cut the molex cord out of it, and used that to create an extension cord for molex power. It was pretty simple to do but isn't exactly a straight forward process. I recommend if you have the money to get a the strips from Ikea.

    DIODER Light strip - IKEA

Those things are sweet and you can change the colours whenever you want, which unfortunately I cannot do.

Looks good :) I'd like to see a blue lit top fan, but that's just me. Cable management looks great, any idea of your before/after temps?

having something like an IDE cable can impede your airflow quite a bit, as well as cables everywhere. The air has to go in and come out to cool effectively, and follow pathways that will cover components. Not only does cable management look snazzy, it does help with temps.
