I just saw this free disk recovery program - free until Dec.15. The description looks good but I have not tried it. Free to restore files from hard disk, external disk, USB drive with iCare Data Recovery
I think that one will stop working on 25th dec.
Its may be worth grabbing it now.
There are often free icare products on softpedia, or gaotd.
Runs fine in my pe build.
