    Custom Acrylic Case Mod Place?

Does anyone know of a good place (near Albany, NY)/site to get custom acrylic panels for reasonable prices? Im specifically looking for someone to make a side panel that has a massive but thin fan embedded in it so that I can replace the panel I got with my case. Im trying to get as much ventilation as possible (and get a randomly cool case mod), since half of my fans dont really work and are there more for decoration than anything else

this is the only site i know of where to get them and mailed to you without going to ebay.
prices seems to be about the same on different places ive looked.

i order from MNPCTECH and they are great.

You could simply order the right(ish) sized piece and drill the holes yourself...

    Try this:
-Take your side panel now, and draw (inside) how much of it you could cut out, leaving room (say 1/2 an inch) for rivets.
-Then, get a piece of acrylic that is approximately 1/2 inch larger than the hole (so it overlaps where the rivets would go).
-Drill holes for the rivets to hold the acrylic to the case side
-Mark out where the fan holes will go (you can just hold the fan against it and mark)
    -Drill fan holes

Viola, you have an acrylic side panel with a fan mounted on it. You could also consider (for a clean look) putting silicone along the edge of the panel and sheet so there are no gaps.

need to take in the fact that you need certain size rivets, every case ive modded has been 1/8 x 1/8-in rivets and a 1/8 drill bit. but sizes vary.

"steel rivets can crack acrylic if you stamper them to tight, most people use aluminum rivets"
double sided tape is proven to be a good adhesive for sealing the acrylic to the metal for a seal before riveting too.

And the acrylic your cutting should be tappered and on a flat surface were your drilling. otherwise it can crack in half if not.
also some people don't like the hassle and its well worth it to buy custom sheets unless your case if very picky about space. and needs to be modded yourself.

"the order price for the size you need is about the same as for one already modded with fan ports"
