That will be plenty. I am running the same CPU and similar everything else except video card with a 500W. It will be fine. Enjoy your system!

Buy a heatsink for that CPU too. The stock sounds like the landing at Omaha beach if you do anything strenuous. 600w is sufficient.

I was looking at the minimum specs for W7 RC1 x64 and it says 20GB HDD. But I wonder if the final release will use more than that after updates installed.
