Maxi21066, welcome to the Seven Forums.

Boot into the bios (check your manual for which key to hit if unsure), and change the boot order so that the hard drive is the first boot device. Or better if you can remove the network/ethernet/LAN from the boot order entirely. That should fix it.

    So first should be the
    1.HDD
    and last should be
    5.LAN
I'm so sorry and i don't want to come of as annoying i really don't, maybe I'm doing something wrong but that didn't work (thank you though, it was real nice seeing someone try and help), the order that i put them in is this

    1. HDD
    2. CD/DVD TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L633P (PM)
    3. FDD
    4. USB Memory
    5. LAN

(i cannot delete any of them on the list i can disable something called ''Built-in LAN'' and ''Wake-up on LAN'')

I hope these assist you guys!
and thank you stormy13 for replying!!!!

    According to here,

PXE error (PXE= Preboot Execution Environment) message appears during the boot procedure

you have it set right. Will it let you disable the "network boot"?

No idea if anyone from Toshiba actually responds, but this is one of those where it might be better asking on the Toshiba forums,

I cant thank you enough for all your help right now (thank you). Where do you get the option in the bios to disable network boot? is it under

Main Advanced Display Security Boot Exit

(in the boot tab all i can do is move the boot options around in chronological order) below the options for booting like HDD or FDD it say

    F1-Help Up Arrow/Down-Arrow Select item F7/F8-Change Values
ESC-Exit Left Arrow/ Right Arrow- Select Menu Enter- Select Sub-menu

    F9 Setup Default
    F10- Save and Exit

Maxi21066, I don't think anyone is ignoring you - many just don't know about Toshibas and what options you have in BIOS. I can only tell you that in my BIOS under integrated perephials, on board lan is enabled and Lan option rom is disabled. Of course I don't have a laptop or a Toshiba. You should be able to go into Bios at startup and have an option to enable optimized defaults. If nothing else works you may try that.
