    Does this o'clock sound OK?

    P7P55D-E Pro with I5-760, Asus GTS450 Nvidiia card, g.skill cas 7 4 GB 1600 MHz memory. Coolermaster Hyper 212+ Plus (1 fan for now) CPU cooler. 2 front 120mm intake fans, one 140mm side exhaust and one 120mm rear exhaust (room for a top and bottom fan). All in a Fractal design quiet case.

    O'clock processor to 3.8 GHz multiplier = 22, BCLK = 173
    ram = 1734 MHz
    O'clock GTS450 to 920 MHz GPU, 2010 MHz memory clock

    Stable Performance with Prime95 (@3GB memory) + FurMark
    67 CPU
    40 degrees Motherboard
    60 degrees GPU
    1.21V Vcore @ load (1.25-1.26 idle)
    DRAM voltage = 1.6125

    If I run Prime95 without furmark the cpu and motherboard temps drop a few degrees. If I move the graphics card further away from the CPU (from the 16 lane
    to the 8 lane "PCI-16" slot), the graphics card doesn't affect the CPU or MB temp.

    First build and overclock. Any suggestions?

    That's a nice overclock. Decent temps as well on Prime95. What are your load temps while playing games or something?

    Don;t play games much, mostly photoshop. But loads on older games is not very high 50 degrees or so. I think I got the luck of the draw on the processor and graphics lots.

    Update:

    I added a fan to the CM 212+ for push-pull cooling.

    I then revisited raised multiplier (current) vs raised BCLK.

    I found counter-intuitively that the raised BCLK ran cooler than the raised multiplier.

    So here are my current settings and performance:

    I5 760 at multiplier=19, bclk=200
    Asus GTS-450 at GPU = 914 MHz, memory=2002 MHz (x2)

    Vcore: idle=1.26V, load = 1.22V

    IBT (3GB mem):
    Core = 67C
    MB=34C

    Prime 95 + Furmark:

    Core = 66C
    MB = 38C
    GPU = 58C

    Best temps in stable o'clock I have had so far. I think I am done with this (first) build!
