    I wanna overclock my computer

What do I gotta do? Would a new fan be necessary?
My processor hovers in the low 50s when I'm using my computer normally (Ie. a few browsers open, playback Media Center recording, AIM, etc.

    terrorist96,
What you gotta do is read and learn and then read some more. But the good news is your system should OC within limits and yes better cooling can give you better more stable OC's. First thought is read and learn your bios settings inside and out and begin with the lowest settings and then increase till failure then go back to the previous and that's the best you'll normally get. Just know that OC'g does stress the PSU, Chips, Ram and if not done properly will shorten the components life or down right kill them ! Good luck and you've come to the right place.
