Don't use so much of it, its there to fill in the tiny gaps.
Remove what is on there and apply a very small amount.

I know what its for and how much to apply but the stock H70 has seemed to have simply gone.. I was getting 19c-20c on idle but now getting 29-32c idle :s.

Actually you have no idea if it's (TIM) is gone unless you remove the cooler, once you do that you then must remove and reapply the TIM. If you haven't removed the cooler plate then I suspect the TIM is fine but the radiator had dust in it and the fans also are dusty. Please try blowing air through and cleaning first then get back to us with temps. I blasted my H50 in Push/Pull after 5 months and the amount of dust was impressive. We forget that computers are wonderful room air cleaners ! lol

Try this little bad boy !

A couple of questions!

May anyone suggest a way to fix this, or at least keep the wires in contact with...

A couple of questions.
I built myself a new computer and installed Win7 64 bit OEM on the 1 tb drive. Disk management will not let me shrink the C drive any smaller than 1/2 tb. I would like to shrink it to 100 gigs and create several smaller drives. Is there any way to do this. It would not be a big problem to start...

A couple of questions
1) When I turn off my PC at night, which I do every night, should i turn the power button on the back off my PSU off as well? Or should this be left on? 2) My hard drive has recently begun to make very light, and what seems like, scratching noises. It only seems to happen when data is being...
