Regarding filter material the fabric I choose is working fantastic with the magnetic strips placed around it's edges.

    nice1 linnemeyerhere.
i put the copper mesh in the side panel lastnight. went in easy n looked nice too BUT i didnt notice untill i started my pc that it was'nt flush enough and the 200mm fan was rubbing against it. i couldnt figure out a way to get it perfectly flat and still look tidy. it would be ok in the front but bk to the drawing board for the side.

    Solarstarshines,
The 8120 is right in that sweet spot but I say live life to it's fullest. Especially as a tribute to AMD's last foray with CPU's......Say it's not so!

Guess the 8150 will be the man

    No point in going small

Now I know the chip I will use now im going to change the fans on my heatsink Hyper 101 and put a better fans Notua fans maybe 2- 80 mm

I still have a good amount of thermal paste artic silver 5 so i should be good anything else i should think of ?

Or would you think going to the Hyper 212 + would be better there about the same and temps havn't budged much since Oc'ing the 965 BE

No thermal paste needed as Corsair has already applied paste. The H50 is also excellent as it's the first of the H series I used and it also can be set up in a quiet Noctua push/pull later as funds rebound.

Look at this picture of my H100, you can clearly see the paste pre-installed.

Nothing wrong with taking off and re-applying a special paste, but I have found the Corsair paste very good for the first go then when you remove you can go with what you like.
