Cases with dustshields are awesome to prevent the dust from getting in there in the first place.

agreed! thats one of the dilemas ive been havin over the last few wks. i bought some different metal meshes to make the filter but haven't sussed how to keep the one on the side panel flush without the fan grinding against it. dust is a pet hate of mine so i clean my pc every couple of wks. tis a pain in the ass but needs must enit
Some Q-tips in a little alcohol or alcohol swabs will be the best way to clean the dust and not damage anything
It will wipe all the dust up and dry immediatly and will not cause any kind of fire hazard /just in case some think it will lol
I have done this several times but only in extreme cases generally i like to keep it clean as i can a dusting maybe once a month is good enough to keep it rock solid and stable temps
Its been over a month and the only parts I am still waiting on are those stupid fittings, atleast the guy said I will definatly get them next week...
And then it's water cooling time!!
nice1 lokkin forward to some pics. i bet u cant wait to get stuck in
Yup, very excited! But while I was waiting for the fittings, I allready started to look at cpu and memmory waterblocks, unfortunatly you need money for them hehe
yeah it gets expensive enough without all the water cooling kit. water cooled rigs lookk real nice but i dont think id build one. maybe in years to come.
lols cos i gotta stop spendin. i told the mrs id need £700 to build a pc. lmao! ive been through about £3000 deciding what i like
