help! new build

hi, can anyone help me out? i want to buy the following system: CPU-Intel i5 core 2500k LGA 1155 ($220), mb-Gigabyte GA-Z68X UD3R ($175), RAM-GSkill 8GB (2x4GB) for LGA1155 (1600Mhz)($75), DVD-RW samsung ($24), VGA-Asus GTX560 Ti 1GB ($265), case -CoolerMaster Centurion 5 II RC502( $70), HDD-OS OCZ 120GB Vertex 2 SSD 2.5"($200), HDD -seagate 500GB X 2($160), power - coolermaster M700W modular silent pro ($135), mouse-logitech G500 gaming mouse ($65), can anyone see a bottle neck here? or is there a part which may work better? some help would be great

As long as you have made sure the Ram fits the CPU no probs.
