The difference is a lot of dosh, and a whole new level of grief if anything goes wrong....

A good air cooler, plus a good 120~140mm fan... enuf' said?

Ok thanks, Another thing I didn't really want to go water cooling because of the maintenance but this device doesn't seem to have any of that. What would you all suggest between a good fan or this Corsair H100 Water-Cooling CPU Cooler - Aria Technology
I wouldn't trust liquid cooling in my pc unless your willing to risk the chance of it leaking your case. Anyways the only people that use liquid cooling are hardcore cpu overclockers. I would go with the a fan and a good heatsink.

Another thing to check would be the air flow in your case.
How many case fans do you have and what size?
Are there lots of cables sitting in front of any of the fans?

The trouble with deep finned coolers is dust clogging them.

So I would go for the Zalman CNPS9900 MAX on the list, as it's the easiest to clean.

As long as you're sure it will fit.

Otherwise every six months to a year you'll find yourself having to dismantle the cooler from the cpu, and immerse it in soapy water to get it clean.

The deep finned models are not easy to clean, not even with high power compressed air

You say you are not overclocking---for that reason you should not need an expensive cooler.

The Coolermaster Hyper 212 linked by Wishmaster is a good and inexpensive choice.

Go to Arcticsilver.com and read their thermal paste instructions for your processor. The recommendation may be a narrow line or a very small drop, depending on processor. The normal tendency is to use too much--which accomplishes nothing.

Make sure you have a decent exhaust fan and reasonably unrestricted airflow inside the case.

That warning you are getting appears to concern your power supply. Ideally, the output on the 3.3 volt rail would be exactly 3.3 volts. That warning is reporting only 2.448 volts---25% less than 3.3 volts. I think the acceptable tolerance range is 5% or 10%, so your power supply is not within the acceptable range--if that warning can be believed. I'm not sure what PC components get power from the 3.3 volt rail these days, but I would be concerned about it.

That's not good if true. No output on the 5 volt rail.

What program is providing these power supply warnings?

Check the BIOS for a more 'accurate' report. Sometimes the software reports incorrectly.
