the timings are pretty much set by the ram manufacturer. Overclocking the ram timings is something that causes more hair-loss and BSOD's then wives. :P I would at least start with the manufacturer spec and inch from there if you must.

Sorry can't help with the default timings your specs don't include the ram model number.

    sinbin,
As well as above statement please use all the same brand and models if possible. The least powerful stick will define the rest otherwise. I would just make sure the like sticks are getting you the boards maximum of 1066 and leave it at that or see if you can tweak them to as close as you can 1333. Unless these are really high end sticks they likely won't clock over 1333 and as mentioned could lead to my BSOD's then the effort is worth.

thanks for help,,i overclock them to 1333 ghz,run stable,,i made cas 9,9,9,24,86 clks,
mobo auto choose cas7 which caused program crashes,,cas 9 works better?
why does mobo run em at cas7,,as when i put them in and leave the timings to auto it runs them at 1066 speed cas 7 which runs fine,,if i go to 1333 speed it still leaves it as cas 7 on auto!
doing timings myself is ok ?

    sinbin,
My MSI mobo had a similar situation and once I dialed into the full1333 my timings were all set properly. Your board is odd in that you had to oc to get the sticks to 1333 and then dial in the timings and this I can only imagine is do to it's 1066 limit. I would say as long as you keep seeing stable then all's good. You can try but I don't expect that you can expect much more from these sticks or the mobo but if you squeeze more out let us know.

hi on the mobo specs it says 1333 o/c ,which i guess means overclocked!why i hink it runs them at 1066 in auto!
cas 7 be nice at 1333 speed but cas 9 will have to do .
what are you clocks for the 86 clocks 9,9,9,24,(86 clocks) in ram details in bios it says 107 clocks for this, but mine auto set at 86?

Download and run CPUID and check the memory SPD tab. Make a note of the timings that it reports there, and then use these figures to set the timings in the BIOS. Note that you may have to tweak one or more of these up or down slightly to gain stability.
