    Highest i7 2600K Overclock

The highest everyone seems to have is 4.3 or 4.4 (I can't remember which), hasn't anyone been able to go higher? I heard that it could go up to 5.3 water cooled.

I should mention that there are several here who beat my score rather handily:

Might have to do a search through the thread for the other 2600K folks. I know there have been a bunch of us over the last few pages. :)

Stick within the limits of sane temps and reasonable voltages and who knows?

(Ignore sane temps and reasonable voltages and you might be buying a new chip...)

Not sure where you heard that from?

Most on here have sailed past 4.6, I had this as my daily overclock for the best part of a year.

Had mine up to 5.1ghz for testing.
