Yup, if you don't get a dreaded BSOD you are fine.
To overclock RAM it is sometimes needed to raise its voltage a tenth or two, so no harm.

Don't do THIS!

I sent back my P8Z68-V Gen3 and exchanged it for the P8Z68-V PRO version. Unfortunately I left the back plate for my Hyper EVO cooler on it.
So I was forced to use the Intel "cooler".
Temps are idling on the destop.

lol, well, it could have been worse, you could have left the cpu installed. Look on the bright side of things.

You can reorder that backplate from CM.

Should I overclock my CPU?

Cant seem to get an overclock
Hi have an i7 2700k and an Asus P8H 61-M LE usb3 mobo and when i do a autotune overclock it says 4.0ghz and should set in the bios but it dosent,could anyone help me out on this one please Thanks
