Look at all of us, Mickey has a great setup, has OCed to 4.2ghz, has Gold and Guru Badges and the Specs, post count and Rep Pips to prove it!!
Yet here we sit, saying tweak this and tweak that! Got to love all us GEEKS!!
You are right, but it is fun though.

absolutely - that's why we're all here after all!

(although some of us do take extended breaks from time to time)

i've started doing an Open University course, and I have my first assignment to hand in tomorrow - once i've done that, i'll have some time to muck around with tweaking vdroop etc.

thanks for the link to the guide, essenbe (have some rep) - i'll read that through carefully later.

It's been a long time coming. I've wanted to upgrade my chip for a long while but decided to wait for bulldozer. Now we've seen it's sub par performance, I grabbed a 1090T and will wait for BD rev 2.0
