Im can not say this is 100% stable, still playing around but ..
it did manage to get through 10passes of IBT @ Very High, and a Prime95 run at 7hrs earlier.

I do need to do a good 12+ hr run with Prime still.

Im not even sure where my scores should by with 4.5Ghz and 1866 RAM, but I am certainly pleased with it :)

The temps were during Intel Burn test BTW.

I actually thought about cranking up the more, because it seems the CPU still has plenty of room to stretch its legs yet.
But I think Ill leave it right where it sits for a 24/7 OC if it gets through a long Prime run without issue.
Congrats on the new build and the great score, well done

Let us know when you decide to stretch them legs a little bit more

So far it seems all OK.
Im not really sure its much different from a 2600K though

Maybe a bit less Vcore needed for a particular clock, which was what I was hoping for anyway. But Im thinking itll top out at just the same.

later this evening Im going to bump the Vcore a bit and see if I can get it in the 4.8-5.0 range with some stability, just because

Spent most of the day tweaking RAM. I doubt I can get better than this...

Thanks man but I'm not satisfied. Can't get past 4GHz no matter what I try. Been doing this all day and I have to stop now. If AMD don't fix Bulldozer by rev 2.0 I'm buying Intel (never, ever thought I'd say that but I think it's time to admit defeat)

Nice OC, have you tried 4.2 or 4.3?

Sometimes there is a spot that won't run, moving past it may work. Just a possibility.

Yeah...tried everything between 4.2-4.5. Having 16GB RAM makes things harder too

I have a 1055T, stock 2.8GHz which I got to run at 4.5 but not stable. The 1090T being unlocked should be able to do better. One thing I did was lower a voltage, NB I think. Try to get your HT Link closer to 2000 if you can, that'll lower your RAM speed but will put less strain on the CPU.
