I managed to get 3.74Ghz on 1.43v so I'm happy. Also boosted my memory to 1109Mhz.

I think that it's probably not possible and you would have problems with heat if you did.

Q9450 @3608mhz (8x451) @ 1.32V (LLC enabled) on air, so nothing special. If i would play around and would be willing to lower my memory i could get more probably, since my memory seems to hit some wall at around ~1080mhz, uping voltage or increasing timings doesnt help at all. But dont think its worth for ~100-200mhz. I managed to boot and do tests with over 4ghz, but with very high voltages and reduced memory speed.

For reference it's bandwidth is 5.5 GB/s before overclocking, 8.1GB/s after overclocking.

    btw,

I found massive decrease in heat (and could then reduce voltage) when I disabled HT and turbo mode. I was reluctant to do this, but once I did the gains were very impressive.

I have it @ 3.8 right now, but had 4.0 running but the temps were too high for my taste. 3.8 passes prime95 overnight.
