It's pretty below average for that chip. You should be getting 20ghz at least

And the reason why you took a picture of the screen rather than just making a screen shot?

I'd be willing to bet that it wasn't even stable enough to make a proper screen shot. Though it is a small miracle you got it to boot up at such a high clock I doubt it's stable enough for anything else. The Q9650 was a better overclock CPU than the Qx.

If you have a average chip, typically they will run at 4.0-4.2 at the high end.

Of course there are many variables. Some chips or golden ones will OC better than the average, and there are just plain bad overclockers that really dont want to be pushed no matter what.
Also, the quality of the motherboard has a big impact with the FSB type Ocing chips.

But in general, 4.0-4.2 is about average for these guys. If your getting more than that and stable, you have a good chip.
I ran my 9650 @ 3.6 for a very long time, even though it would run faster. Stayed there mainly because it ran there cool and right at stock volts. Was a good 24/7 clock I thought.

Limited on QX9650 Overclock
I've been doing some research lately on overclocking & have not been able to get my QX9650 past 3.33Ghz. My cooling is quite good, as core temps are about 30c at idle & 54c at full load. My method is very simple for gettting 3.33Ghz. I just increased the multiplier to 10 with most everything...
