I was just wondering what I change in the BIOS, there's the "cpu over-voltage" or the "vcore"

Screen Brightness adjusting help
well when my laptop is plugged in it shows maxiumum brightness, but when its not plugged in it become brighter, yet brightness setting shows in the middle, for not plugged in, how can i get the plugged in brightness to equal unplugged brightness, and I have tried changing power settings.

I have some new G-skill 1066 Mhz RAM. My motherboard has the voltage at 1.8V. The RAM spec voltage is 2.0-2.1V. I have set this at 1.9V but am wondering if going to 2.0 or 2.1V would be a good idea.
