Today I OC'd my CPU first time.. I used my mobo's official OC'ing software F-Stream and the stock speed of my i5 4670K is 3.4Ghz and it I ran on 4.4Ghz on Automatic Turbo settings.. anyways the temps went from 21c to 29c and the Cooler fan was running at 1800rpm and was a bit louder then it's normal 1400rpm sound. The windows was idle haven't benchmarked anything yet.

Not wanting to go against what Dude and Essenbe said but I don't think it's good until it's been stress tested.
Idle temps are really nothing to go by at all and cannot give any indication of how hot it's going to get.
I expect it will be fine but as most of us know, when you use the auto motherboard software it can often chuck a lot more voltage through the chip than is required and as a result generate a lot of heat under load.
I would recommend testing it under load for a while, see what voltage it's running and how hot it is getting.
Providing that's all good then job done :)

I do agree the auto over clocking program in most cases will drive your volts way to high.
That is the big reason I don't use such programs.
When and if you do load test your system after using a over clock program be very careful because the volts and temps will clime very fast. You must be ready at all times during the test to shut down the test. Then let the system idle for a while to even the temps out to normal and then go into bios and change your settings. A over heated cpu will cool faster at idle than it will with the computer turned completely off if you have proper cooling.
Note: If the temps don't come down at idle shut the computer down and check for a cooling problem.
I also agree a over clock means nothing until it is tested under a load.
I personally do load test at default first and monitor the temps and volts. That give me a good idea if my cooling is good enough to continue with over clocking and what volts are being used. It also gives me a base line of volts and temps.
My over clock is not great but yet still very good for the volts I use while still staying cool.

That is the balance one has to find. (The sweat spot)

Overclocked my new build today from ~4000MHz to ~4300MHz and set my fans to 1700+ rpm.

I should probably update my specs list too.
