Lookin good mate
I replaced my bios chip yesterday and from early testing it's much better, I'm only running 4.2Ghz at the min but moving up slowlyThe trouble i was having with the cpu/nb llc acting like its set to extreme no matter what it's set to is not as bad but i found it's best set at auto. Vcore is much more stable on ths bios too. So all good sofar.
Very nicely done, Paul. Good job and good temps.
@ganjiry Glad to hear you are more stable now. I'm glad it worked out well for you. Wll done in changing your BIOS chip.
Thanks guys, I am really happy with how its running since I got the Sabertooth and moved the rad.
Glad you have yours running better Ryan![]()
cheers chaps,
@Paul, I've heard nothing but good stuff about those Sabertooth's so you should have plenty of fun with it for a good while
I've spent the last few days re-reading all the V Formula bios guide's to make sure i have a better understanding of all the relevant setting's and feel more confident trying different settings now.
Nice overclock Paul, I don't feel so bad now, my max temp differential is 16C and your is 14C. I can't get a 2C minimum though.![]()
Good job Paul! Nice OC.
