Seemed to need just a little more voltage for stability @4.8 for daily OC

Well done Doug, I can't get my 3770K to run at 4.6 at less than 1.32.

Thanks Gary, it is a great chip..never could get 5.4 but I am over it. Maybe I should go back to the stock cooler, it ran like a champ with it

The voltage it needs goes up at 4.7( This is the point I have to switch off auto voltage) with each increment being even more hungry. I tried again to get 5.4 but a no go.

With my latest upgrades(PSU and MB) I don't have to use software like the intel extreme tuning to oc more now. I can boot straight from my bios up to 5.2, but any higher need the mb software command center.

You indeed have a golden chip Doug.
I could never boot from BIOS higher than 4.9, and that was iffy.

The voltage should be a lot lower if he is using LLC Ultra Exteme

The LLC will actually help lock in lower voltages and i did change my CPU power target from 300 to 350

just a little heads up on my OC i get 4.8 at 1.296v rock solid
