It's just that all dust and dirt settles to the floor. Any small table or milk crate would be helpful.
Where I used to work they had a PC on the floor where people used a broom to sweep the tile floor. They wondered why it went bad.

Its mad just how much difference it makes by lifting it off the floor. I used to have mine on a couple of Argos catalogues on the floor and it used to get mingin. Since i put it on the table i need to give my filers a clean less often now.

My first build ever! I needed some more kick to do what I want. I do programming and visual design on my computer, as well as gaming. I am eventually getting 2x24" Asus vw246h monitors, but for now I am just using my TV. Here are some pics of the build:

    Specs:
    CPU: i7 3770k
    GPU: EVGA Geforce SuperClocked+ 660ti 3GB DDR5
    PSU: Corsair HX750 750w
    Case: Corsair Obsidian 650D
    SSD: Sandisk Extreme 256GB 6.0GB/s
    MOBO: Asus Sabertooth Z77
    RAM: Patriot 4x4GB 1600mhz DDR3
Optical Drive: ASUS 24X DVD Burner

PS. Yes, I cleaned up that wiring :3

    moneybagman,
This is a fantastic first build and a strong performer that will last for years. Watch for sales on the monitors and snap up two 24's when you can. I really like the sabertooth armor covering on the mobo.

Nice effort moneybagman, it looks real nice. I would recommend getting a good CPU cooler though. The Intel stock ones aren't very good coolers.

I bought one at first and immediately bought a second, this is quality kit for the money and the 5th wheel under the center pivot is critical !
