Hmm, get a piece of black tape and cover the light or a new wife.

People walking, chairs moving, vacuuming, all create a lot more dust at lower levels where your fans are.

Nice effort moneybagman, it looks real nice. I would recommend getting a good CPU cooler though. The Intel stock ones aren't very good coolers.
Yeah, I have already found that out. I can definitely tell the CPU is hindered by the small fan. I plan to buy one for Christmas hopefully.

If you plan to overclock that beast, save your money and get a good one.

Might I suggest a sealed water system, so many good ones out it really all depends on the case and available mounts which you have a great 240mm option in the top and of course the 120mm out the rear of the case. Check out my systems

Great rig GeneO, I too got a Seasonic X series only a 600watt for my old 8 core rig and you're 100% correct it's quality kit !
Great 'puter Alan. I was really surprised at the difference the Seasonic made over my old Antec (the Antec was after all a Seasonic under the covers). No more whine and quiet as can be.

Speaking of Antec and quiet, I added an Antec TrueQuiet Pro 120mm fan to the front of the case. It is pretty quiet at 600 rpm but at 1200 it has a definite audible tone. For the advertising claims and the price, all I should hear at 1200 rpm is the air
Gene, they want to know where you got the PCIe covers

I am out of town on business, so I can't dig it up. I believe they are available on many PC customization sites. I was purchasing something else and saw them and said why not? I can dig it up when I get back the end of this week.

    Cheers

My first build ever! I needed some more kick to do what I want. I do programming and visual design on my computer, as well as gaming. I am eventually getting 2x24" Asus vw246h monitors, but for now I am just using my TV. Here are some pics of the build:

    Specs:
    CPU: i7 3770k
    GPU: EVGA Geforce SuperClocked+ 660ti 3GB DDR5
    PSU: Corsair HX750 750w
    Case: Corsair Obsidian 650D
    SSD: Sandisk Extreme 256GB 6.0GB/s
    MOBO: Asus Sabertooth Z77
    RAM: Patriot 4x4GB 1600mhz DDR3
Optical Drive: ASUS 24X DVD Burner

PS. Yes, I cleaned up that wiring :3
Great rig you have built up there

I wonder why you are not getting a 7.9 graphics in WEI. That card should do this easily. Anyhow something you might want to investigate.

    Cheers

Thanks but those aren't the ones. We were referring to the blue covers on the PCI-e sockets.
