@Bungee you are right they did change when did this happen?

the 280mm looks pretty boss Hydro Series
They made the change to the nice tubing with the "updated" line. I believe some are even made by Asetek instead of whoever made the units with the square heatsink/pump. Also, I heard the old plastic looking tubing was just a covering for smaller rubber hoses......I don't know if that's true or not though.

Smaller tubing can't be good for water circulation

    The Phantom Bee.

Firstly it's good to be back. Been away for a while, and had to change my user account due to my google account being hacked, old user name paulstung.

There has been a lot of changes with everything, the only thing left from the original build is the hard drives. I finished this build yesterday, and is my first full loop. I'm chuffed with the outcome. i'm having a few issues with a couple of bsod's but I think they are sorted ( touch wood ) and i'm having problems with Crysis 3, not wanting to load, after it would load, but would crash whenever I died. But I'll start a thread on that later. So here is the phantom Bee. These pics are from before I buttoned her up, I'll update pics when I have managed to get her stable.

Today is a good day... I finally managed to make a plan for my new PC case.

I should hopefully get it early next week, but I just paid for a second hand Corsair Graphite 600T White (with mesh and window sidepanels, all accessories, original packaging and in mint condition) for a mere R1300 (ZAR). I'd say that's quite a bargain..

Congrats ZaLith, that Corsair Graphite is a real beauty, you're gonna love it!

cheers mate. I think in the last month or so she has been stripped and rebuilt into with this the 3rd case, about 5 times. I'm chuffed to bits on how it turned out. I can't believe that it was only 5 months ago when I built my first. I swear it has aged me 5 years.

Wow, seems I missed out on quite a lot this weekend.. Seen some nice updates since I last looked at SF.

@Dallas 7, it is a gorgeous case hey.. Unfortunately it hasn't arrived just yet, think I might be getting it during this coming week though.

There two reasons I haven't been able to check SF this weekend.. I was out pretty much all weekend with friends, and my trusty (and old, and very abused) 19" LG finally decided to pack up on Friday. Perfect time for an upgrade then, yes? That's what I thought, so this morning I picked up a new LG Flatron E2442, a crystal clear 24" full HD beauty. This thing actually makes my desk look kinda small now... Lol. It's going to be quite a sight sitting next to my 600T when it does finally get here.

On a side note, looking at that photo I just noticed my desk is actually somewhat messy.... Hmmm.
