Did some module reseating the other day due to some cable management and since i hadnt noticed it before, the figures, seemed kind of strange. You are ensuring me,that all is well. Thanks a lot.
Ok,i got it,stop hurting my feelings with your 800 and 900+ frequencies!Could i perhaps tweak them RAMs to run a bit higher? To take the CPU clock from 2.4 to 3.2(on air-cooling that is),would that be too much?
How about these: 4x1024 GB DDR2 Corsair PC2-6400 800 Mhz ? Would 3.0 deliver any noticeable improvement in performance, more snappy OS?Temps around 38 at idle, never above 43,even when gaming.
Do you mean USB 3.0? If so, no, it won't help your OS at all. Best thing for that would be a SSD. It will help overall system responsiveness.
Oh, OK........I doubt you'll see much of a boost in performance IF you can get it to 3.0GHz. If you don't have adequate cooling, it could actually hurt performance.
