The acer 5733z is the acer notebook correct?
Also, it is 1 year old correct?
If so I'd like to see an aftermarket cooler for this. Also, I wouldn't be in a hurry to be applying new thermal paste initially.

I'd get a can of compressed air and give the cooling vents a good blow out. If you can see the little cooling fan, block its rotation with a toothpick or something similar while blowing the compressed air so that you don't over spin the little fan.

    Then consider a cooling pad.

The question asked earlier - "how did you change from 32 to 64 bit needs answering". Do you have correct BIOS settings for this??? Going back to the notebooks original configuration may be the easiest solution.

The bios is updated to the latest v1.10
and when i got the auto shutdown i tried to reset the bios configuration to the notebooks original configuration and i don't get the question "how did you change from 32 to 64 bit needs answering"!?
like i said i changed it using a bootable usb '' cruzer blade 8gb'' and using Windows7-USB-DVD-tool software
and the installation were fine without problems and without crashing or something but the drivers updated using driver genius v12 and after that using windows update ... i tried a clean boot and i got no problem with the cpu usage

I think you're all approaching this the wrong way.

    • What software or process are you undertaking in order to determine these temperatures?

    • What percentage of your processor was video watching (VLC?) using prior to the installation of the 64-bit OS?

    • You have 4GB of memory, correct? Are you nearing exceeding 3GB of memory usage at any given time?

I think your chip would explode if it were actually running at these temperatures, and if it is then I would suggest not using it until you have found the solution.
However, I am inclined to believe that these temperatures are inaccurate.

    • You have recently updated you BIOS. If it's possible, flash it backwards—SAFELY. Generally when it comes to BIOS, the consensus is if it isn't broken then don't fix it. This is much more likely to cause what you are experiencing than the operating system being 64-bit.
    • Check Device Manager for any (!) points or missing drivers. Make sure everything is installed properly.

Failing all of this, you'll need to get it serviced because it's too dusty and the application of thermal compound has worn.
** i use windows resource monitor to see the cpu usage
    ** speed fan, core temp
** no i don't have much Ram using the max is 42% wich means 1739mb
** and i told you i was scaning with malware and downloading some files the temp reachs to 83C so to reduce the temp i use a hairdryer with no heating and doing it outside where the temp is 5C .. so the cpu temp reduced to 24C
** Deviice manager is good and everything is installed properly and i've done it many times

    ***********more infomation:**********
last night i was in a room with a temp 22C and nothing was running in background except VLC and Malwarebyte and Eset ''in indle mod! i saw it on resource monitor that eset is not using cpu''
the problem is that when i run the scan the sound of the fan is too loud so i tried to take a look to resource monitor it was using over 80% of cpu .. so i tried to pause the scan and see what happens .. the fan stops after 10sec or less and the cpu usage is less than 10% or 5%

and today i was in the same room with almost the same room temp . using skype and chating with video .. skype cpu usage is more than 40% i don't know WtF is going on ... when i was chatting on the couch and i forgot about the fan the system shutdown automatically this is my first time facing this problem with this notebook since i installed x64

Do you know what the percentage of your CPU usage was prior to the installation of your 64-bit OS?
I think the answer is no. The CPU usage sounds correct to me. Your system is not high end and software has evolved to be more resource hungry, requiring more CPU time, recursively in the last decade.

    That is just a suspicion.

The important thing here is your temperatures.

    • You will need to clean the dust out of your system and possibly reapply the thermal compound.

    • I would leave the application of thermal compound to a technician if you are not confident.

You can't expect your system to not run as hot when performing the same tasks that you had before the installation of your 64-bit OS.
It is going to heat up in the same manner regardless of your operating system because it is being utilized. Your cooling solution is the problem here, and you have also flashed your BIOS which may have altered system performance for better or worse, and possibly adjusted cooling policies for your system's internal fans.

    • If you're confident you can take a look at the cooling policy configuration in the BIOS' control panel and make them more agile.

    • I would also suggest installing 32-bit Windows back on there just to get the idea of your operating system being the detrimental factor out of the way.

I would suggest following the steps here

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

to gather more information that might help us diagnose the issue better.

Well I took it to be a desktop as the specs in post #1 said it was that was the only reason I said to renew the thermal

    Oh well!!

OK. I see no dmp files, so I'm guessing you have never had any BSODS?
