    This could also be real handy as it won't allow air to escape so it moves through the rad the best.

    A little trick I use for vibration. Have you ever wanted a small but yet some what thick rubber washer.

    Don't laugh now but I know where to get them free.

    Places that install new car tires. They normally replace the valve stem also. Inside every valve cap (they throw away) is a very high quality neoprene/rubber washer you can remove. They will fit over small bolts and screws and stay there. You can mount fan and lot of things using them.
    Just ask the tire place to save you a little bag of old valve stem caps.

    This is true. I used to have a sack full of them that I used on quite a few things, but I can't find them now.
