You are right of course, I did see they were the same spec's and same part number, but the description is what kept confusing me.
Typical newb confusion I guess.

Typical newb confusion I guess.
Let's recap what changes you are going to make, and what parts you are going to end up with.
Case: Define R4 - 3 extra 140mm fans
Psu: Ultra x4 Modular 1050w
Graphics card: Galaxy 210
Mem: Corsair DDR3 xms 1333 16GB
SSD: OCZ Vertez3 120GB
Hdd: Hitachi 1 TB
CPU cooler: Gemin s524
CPU: AMD FX-8350
MB: ASRock 990FXExrtreme4
The only part I'm not 100% sure about is the MB.
Looks good, but I am not 100% sure the CPU cooler is compatible with that socket/cpu. Other than that, the GPU is the only thing that isn't up to snuff and if you aren't gaming, it won't be a problem.
No, no gaming.
Here are the cpu cooler spec's:
COOLER MASTER GeminII S524 120mm Long Life Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with Intel 2011/1366/1155/775 and AMD FM1/FM2/AM3+ - Newegg.com
will it be ok ? I looks like it would to me.
While the cooler will work with the AM3+ socket, it doesn't look to support the FX series of CPU's.
Here is what I would use if you don't plan on OC'ing it to the limit and needing a closed loop water cooler..... Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
The socket is the physical slot on the motherboard where the CPU goes. The socket for the FX-8350 is AM3+. It will physically fit, but the details show that it doesn't support the FX series of CPU's. It may be that it is not rated for use with that TDP, or it could just have not been updated. I think you will be happier with the Cooler Master I linked you to. Other members can attest to the bang for the buck you get with the Hyper 212 Evo.
