    Well the decision is yours, but like I said 1600 is very good, its the sweet spot. You could oc it but the only difference would be benchmarks, real world you wont see any difference. What brand is your current RAM?

    And linnemeyerhere's hard drive is a better choice!

    Hope the restock fee isnt to much, but yeah the 8gb of g skill is way better look at this, it's cheaper

    im going to need to buy 4 of those to equal 8GB and thats $80

    for $40 more i get the other ones.

    I would save up and get 2x8gb sticks then later you can pull the trigger on another matching set and have 32gb. I wish I had done that but I'll just have to suffer with 16gb

    ordered RAM (should be here tomorrow or wed) and also upgrading my internet today! whooo! so i shoulf be back up and running on Friday with a fully built system!

    now all i need are GPU, HDD, and Cooler! the cooler im getting as soon as my MIR comes in.


    EDIT: i love early deliveries! except i have to return 1 thing now lol

    can you guys offer any other CPU coolers? i like the 212 evo, but im worried that it will not allow me to close my case or fit my ram

    Spec's for the 212:

    It has a total height of 6.3" so you are going to have to measure the space inside the case, then decide if it will fit.
