    Agreed

Everything else looks ok, a case is a case, I`ve heard nothing but good things about that cooler, and the board looks fine, just make sure everything is up to date on it, it looks like it is, someday you could put a GTX660 graphics card in it. Post a link to the power supply you have and we`ll look at that.

With a 560 card you really want to have a decent cpu, you`ll kick yourself later for not getting one.

I know how you feel about putting out so much money for a cpu, it`s a little piece of plastic and metal for Christ sake !!

    AMD FX-4300 Vishera 3.8GHz (4.0GHz) Socket AM3+ 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor FD4300WMHKBOX - Newegg.com

    same case/ram/wifi

heres my PSU (dont laught i just bought it to power a GPU only)

Dynex 520W ATX CPU Power Supply DX-520WPS - Best Buy

Other members can advise you on the AMD hardware.

I would defenitley upgrade the power supply some day soon, members here recommend, Seasonic, Corsair, Ultra, CoolerMaster, OCZ, Thermaltake

okay, I agree going AMD is probably a good choice, still get a decent rig and save some $'s.... but that PSU

Go with Amazon.com: Corsair CMPSU-550VX 550-Watt VX Series 80 Plus Certified Power Supply compatible with Core i7 and Core i5: Computers & Accessories

    or

SeaSonic G Series SSR-550RM 550W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply - Newegg.com

I would not recommend a Corsair power supply under 750 watts as they are made by Seasonic anyway, and you could get a unit with the chirping bird in it.

Personally, I would not buy a new part off a seller from Ebay or Amazon. Stick with a vendor like Newegg or Tigerdirect or a pc store near you, if you have that luxury.

ok so the way i see it:

    CPU:
    AMD FX-4300 Vishera 3.8GHz (4.0GHz) Socket AM3+ 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor FD4300WMHKBOX - Newegg.com

    MOBO:
MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Newegg.com

    Case:
GIGABYTE GZ-F3HEB Black SECC Steel / ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Newegg.com

    Wifi card:
EDIMAX EW-7128Gn PCI Wireless Adapter for PC and Mac - Newegg.com

    RAM x2 (4gb)
    Patriot 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model PSD32G13332 - Newegg.com

remember this is paired with a GTX 560Ti OC and running at 1600x900 res also i probs will have plans to upgrade the PSU and RAM and cooler, but for starts, i think its ok?

also just to double and tripple check.... everything is compatable?

If you`re happy with those parts, then go for it.

You should get 1 8 gig stick now so you can get the other stick later, no sense throwin money away.

And don`t forget you still have to get windows 7. or will you put XP on it ?

But once again, get what you can afford.
