so we got our new router! thing is wicked fast! im getting what i would normally get out of the modem on wifi. so thats 18mb/s down and 2mb/s up with 12ms ping. i get that exact out of the modem through Ethernet. but it took me all night to setup. lol

then again, i went from a B router to an N router. lol

alright i have a situation....... lol

so i kinda want more lighting and cooling in my case specifically for the GPU. however i do not have another spot to mount a fan. as of now, i have 1 120mm intake fan and 120mm exhaust fan. and the PSU is pointed down so it intakes case air and exhausts it out the back

so when my MIR comes in, i will be buying this cooler:

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 2011/1366/1155 and AMD FM1/FM2/AM3+ - Newegg.com

    and maybe this fan:

    Pixxo PF-S120X-01BL Case Fan - Newegg.com

anyway, that cooler has a good fan on it, but it will protrude from my mobo a lot and block my exhaust fan's lights and not light the case evenly. so i was thinking about these options. i want to mainly cool the GPU better:

    1) install everything normally and keep all the fans the way they are, but drill out 4 holes on the bottom left on the window side of the case and putting that fan i just posted there.

    2) take the fan off the cooler and mount it where the exhaust fan goes. then mount eaither the exhaust fan on the cooler, and the posted fan in the same spot at #1

    3) just leave everything the way it is and dont buy another fan....

which option do you think would be best? pics are posted here:

Noctua has a whole range of low profile and configurable coolers. Here's one:

I have this CPU cooler, it can be installed off-set so it will not block the lights and is very low profile.
COOLER MASTER GeminII S524 120mm Long Life Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with Intel 2011/1366/1155/775 and AMD FM1/FM2/AM3+ - Newegg.com

If you install a intake fan in the side panel, it will direct the airflow onto the GPU.

Can you post a link to the exact case you have ?

i think what i am going to do is swap my intake and the cpu cooler fans. i may also buy another fan to mount to the side.
