    You have to look at the "Output" of these PSU's
    Most of the ones you point to are lean on the +12v rail, this should be higher.

    I think 38A will be fine for you, 38A=456 watts.

    also the mail in rebate. since its $20, that 20 will go back into my bank account? like it wont be put on a credit card to be used for anything else?
