Probably your fan is buzzing because everything is maxed out

you are stressing it out so you probably have the fans and everything else running at 100

long as you keep a eye on temps I wouldn't worry to much the whining could also come from he loop pump

Only thing I can tell you has to be coming from the pump mechanism on the chip I don't think the socket would make that noise unless there is a bad circuit connection some where

Is it buzzing as in vibration or buzzing as in an 'electrical' sounding buzz? How loud/obtrusive is it?

And it's definitely the CPU area, and not the PSU?

When running P95 - CAREFULLY stop the CPU fan for a split second. Noise gone? If yes it's the fan under load.

If not, it'll be current based pumping through mobo mosfets etc. Potentially coil whine from the PSU

Unless it's ridiculously loud, I'd say it's nothing to be overly concerned about.
