there's also that kind of Fan Controller "mCubed" Fan Controller, this particular one had been replaced by a newer model (same size & specs) but still works the same as stand-alone controller.
Also called "mCubed Fan Amp" and cost around 20euros. Those are specially made for watercooling purposes and can be easily hide.
That one I like quite a lot, and reminds me of the one I am using now minus the fan controller, but cant seem to find a place that sells it, and the shipping would most likely kill me as no one seem to like shipping to Sweden

You'll find it in sweden and shipping cost wouldn't be that high. HERE

Wow the only site I did not checked of all the ones I have as fav, and shipping was indeed cheaper, but I saw they had 9v cables as well as 7mm decoupling rubber so that should make the fan pretty much silent and what I was looking for so thanks for that link

Indeed, its just sad to see that most stuff I find is stuff I need to ship and for some odd reason the shipping is usually twice the amount of the items, I cant seem to comprehend why it for some reason would cost 12 dollars to ship me 2 cables, anyway. Hopefully the 9v cable will do wonders in bringing down the noise and still maintain the same temperature I have now. I have been able to drop the fans quite a bit overall without loosing temps 6 140 fans at 7v, and now with the scythe as exhaust I have been able to drop my gpu's fan down to 30/35% and the gpu is not even reaching 60c when I play my games, it used to run at 40/50% before. Will most likely come with a last update when I get the 9v and that Phobya shroud & decoupling 7mm thick.

USA, and the sites I check are FrozenCPU & Performance-PCs. I don't know if the extra cost is because of tax as I have seen that being showed on Corsairs site for instance as I wanted to order a new side panel, the side panel was much cheaper but in return the shipping and tax made it pretty close to the cost shops had in Sweden.

Ya, I find it horrible most of the times I don't got any other choice or well I do, I could stop the modding I have done on my case but that's no fun and almost getting done. But lower shipping cost overall in the world would be pretty damn nice

Bit of an update from my test, got the 9v cable and the Phobya shroud & decoupling 7mm thick and for some odd reason the scythe fan gives better temp at 9v with the shroud as pull then what it did with 12v as pusher with a noctua at 12v as puller. Its not a huge improvement but still 1-2 degree lower in idle and it tops out at 58 at max load.

So quite happy with the shroud and 9v cable as temps went down and noise went down a tiny bit. Only thing that is a bit sad is the size the shroud and fan gets ordered some 35mm length screws and they are on the hair 37mm would most likely be perfect but not sure if that size gets made as next step I saw was 40mm
