Patrick, I don't understand it exactly, but on OCN they were saying that somehow CPUz can tell it is not exactly right and won't completely verify it. How they determine it and what happens, I have no idea.

Hmm. Interesting. Although it did to me at my "Stock" settings and at 4.8.

Plus I'm Windows 8 which may also account for it.

I don't mind there being an * to my score though. It's all friendly fun anyway.

Could be Windows 8, I might boot up my 8.1 Preview in a bit and test version 1.65 out.

Just on 8.1 now, 1.65 seems to be working fine.

So you are getting the error at any speed you run even stock Patrick?
    Maybe try 1.64.

Hmm. So that leaves my machine.

I haven't tried "proper stock' yet. And if 1.65 works for you in 8, then 1.64 shouldn't be necessary.

Tried stock. Same. I really don't know

I suppose it could still be the OS, Are you running regular Windows 8 or 8.1 Preview?

Now don't try this at home kids, I present to you the mother of all Overclocks....

Nice job, Paul. That's some serious voltage. Nothing wrong with that CPU.
