There is a easier way then the one above go to START menu hit Accessories then system tools then hit TASK SCHEDULER when you see the ASUS set up delete it the message will die and never show again

Well I would just hold off until you have it installed and working before you get too excited, there are certain guys on this thread (Gary and Steve) who have to send motherboards back like they are going out of fashion, I like to think they have had all the bad boards and it only leaves the good ones to be sent out to everyone else lol.
