Thanks for all the help guys,

I have decided to go with Layback Bear's suggestion and get a Noctua NF-P12-1300 as well as doing some research to get the correct screws. I figure once I receive the fan I will test whether or not it makes a difference to have exhaust or intake. I will mark the thread as solved since this is the best solution without replacing both the cooler and case.

    Thanks again!

    Quick update:

I received the fan today(took awhile for some reason) and have installed it using the bolt set I found. Testing using Prime95 shows that it now doesn't go above 165°F which means it is over 10° lower! It is also much quieter since one fan is not doing all the work anymore.

Thanks again for all the help and suggestions!
