The XFX unit seems like a good one and nice price. Have you had a chance to run any RAM benchmarks on the Team RAM?

No benchmarks and had trouble sorting out the ASUS bios to hold the factory timing at 2400, it may be too much ram for the i5 and I may have to back it down but I couldn't find the voltage settings to dbl. chk. as this wants 1.65v. I'll sort it out and then run some benchmarks.
So I finally replaced the power supply in my backup system. Want a good laugh... go here: Frustrations & Lessons Learned.
Later :)
You're not the only one, I'll be following you to the knacker's yard before long
So you need to go to the knackers yard along with me as my body is knackered from all this surgery pain....Knackered in England does come from the old livestock meaning, Origin from 'knacker's yard' where one took old horses to become pots of glue. Also you do not want to be kicked in the knackers in England (or anywhere else frankly) either if you get my meaning......And "I tried to fix my dad's PC but now it's more knackered than ever". Should have posted or help on Seven Forums....[/QUOTE]
Cheers chap
I have psu issue's now though
Thanks mate
Nothing was wrong with it as such but my 8350 was bottlenecking my 780's so I had to switch to Intel.
I did the same thing myself a while back

Do we see an upgrade in your future? Unless you are gaming, overclocking and trying to push things to the max I would just drool. Just remember there is absolutely nothing at all wrong with the rig you have. About every 3 or 4 years is when I upgrade and I rely on 3 PC's on my desk at once so it gets a little pricey.
The build is complete now, just installing Windows :)
Will take some pics tomorrow when it's light but essentially it looks the same as before bar the motherboard lol.
