I believe These are *reference cards* as I have been led to believe and you can use those basic statistics as a reference point to any card search. You use the nvida pages to compare the little bells and whistles they add to a given card and then make a more informed purchase on the PCIE peripheral device as other parts also have such starting points.:)

Speaking of 660s, I don't know why they gave it 2gb of memory but only 1 and a half lanes(192 memory interface width) to use it, that's bottlenecking the card, from a point of Nvidia, the all mighty, that is pretty low on the scale of .......... If you are going to push a 2gb memory product on me, at least have the decency to make it 256 2 lane card, and not 1.5gb with 500mb extra chip. I don't like that and they lost major points with me.
