Last week my 30 inch HP ZR30w monitor died. It had a 3-year warranty and was just over a year old (according to the manufacture date on the back) but I don't have an original receipt or box.
After less than 16 minutes on the phone, a warranty replacement was approved.
An HP technician called me this morning and arranged a time for the delivery of the replacement. He brought a brand new HP Z30i and unboxed and assembled it. He then disassembled the old monitor and put it in the box for shipment back to HP. I set the new monitor on the desk and connected it to my PC to check it out. When I was satisfied with it, he said good day and was on his way.
That, my friends, is customer service.
Well I thought that Ralph was a member that hasn't been seen for a while or a sick member no one has heard from for a while.
