How about some shots of my HTPC? Well, tough. I'm gonna post 'em anyway!
Case: SilverStone LaScala series
Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core E6500
RAM: Crucial 2x1GB
GPU: Sapphire Ultimate Silent Series Radeon HD 7750
Optical drive: Pioneer Blu-Ray
PSU: Antec VP450
Keyboard/Mouse: Rocketfish Bluetooth
Cable management: Whip and Chair
Unfortunately, the Radeon 4350 that I modded for passive cooling died of capacitor bloat. I tried to revive it to no avail.
It's obvious from the pictures, but I replaced the SilverStone case fans with Noctua fans.
It's very quiet and runs quite cool. The GPU will approach 50C if I let Unigine Heaven or Valley loop for half an hour; otherwise, it runs about 35C when watching videos.

LavaKing, Great htpc and as huge fan of Noctua fans I'm glad to hear they are working so well and silently for you in the SilverStone case.
I did, was quite a while ago, and before the Nocs and I changed the GPU fan for a radiator. no clue when, or where, so here are some pics. Some are more concentrated on the radiator as they are from a post I made about installing it.
No cable management in this case, so had to make due. Modular PSU helped. Wish the case was black inside, but no window, and I rarely look inside anywayI must say, the i5-750 is a great CPU. It still lists quite high on heirarchy charts and gets a 7.4 at stock clocks. Anyway, put to shame by all your killer rigs, but suits my needs.
A Guy
Good job even if you don't consider the case you were working with. And, if a rig meets your needs, it's a great rig!
