Patrick your rear fan should be exhaust to pull the GPU heat out along with front intakes to help it along. I'll have my rad at the top as intake to pull in the coolest air possible.

my cpu is exhaust. unfortunally I cant put the rad anywhere else cause it will interfere with other stuff

Pics would help us help you mate. I cleaned my rig and tried to tidy the cables some more. Added a fan to help keep the dragon cool.

You can always mount the rear fan outside the case if you are having space problems. It won't affect the cooling but will give more room inside the case. Positive air flow is the difference maker.
