Thanks paul. I still have no idea why Nvidia, in their infinite reasoning, put the power connectors where they did on that card. It makes things much more difficult.
I couldn`t agree with you more Steve, it`s absolutely stupid.

Put the connectors back on the end where they use to be.

I would like it even better if they were closer to the MOBO so you could keep the cables more out of the way instead of hanging out in the air. Only the really long cards need the sockets on the side and, even then, only if the board is going to be tight fit in the case. We should get choices on whether to get a card with the sockets on the end or on the side, depending on the size of one's case.

They aren't going to make cards with different power connecting points........and with them plugging in on the end of the card, it would work for damn near everybody. The only people who would have pause for concern were those who had very limited space in their case.....but that's their problem lol. I prefer them on the end, so you could route the cables right out of the grommet and right into the card.

You're preaching to the choir—can I have an AMEN!? The funny thing is, I'm one of those people who has very limited space in her case; I had do a lot of research to find the best card that would still fit in my case, even with a connector poking out the end, without having to sacrifice space for a HDD or two.

"Space in her case"........I'm going to use that to phase out the "junk in her trunk" saying. Thank you for that

Scratch that.....sounds way worse now that I've said it a few times. Good lord

Holy crap Batman! Go away for a few hours and all hell breaks loose here.

Let's see, Collin, Paul, Doug, and Steve, all very good looking work.

Steve, what case is that you put the Sabertooth in? It looks awesome.

    Thanks Gary.

The case Steve used is the same as mine but in black, the NZXT Switch 810.
