Try a Bios update
I can already tell you that voltage might be the cause you need to drop it down to at least 1.476
You don't need 1.5 if you have llc on the voltage is the culprit
Intel very high test got to 1 test done then I stopped it. I tried maximum and it never even got through 1 test and froze. 4.6 at 1.476v
So I've had a quick look into this and it seems that AMD suggests 62C.
In that case it's your CPU's safety function stepping in. My recommendation is that you go back to scratch and start over and see at what point the computer starts to act weard and go from there. Also make sure that there is no AutoOC enable as this might only jump in as you are running Prime due to the CPU not being stressed that hard otherwise.
If you think its the Mobo try setting the Clockspeeds to normal and do a test like that. If it does not work then you can be quite sure that its not the CPU.
